As Senior Pastor of Ignite Church, Jorge has dedicated his life to teaching biblical principles that empower individuals to move beyond fear, limiting beliefs, and the patterns of their past. He is the author of Original Settings: Becoming an Inner Engineer, the creator of HARPU: The Art of Stillness, and the founder of Matrix University—a transformational learning experience centered on identity, emotional intelligence, spiritual growth, and the renewing of the mind.

Through HARPU, Jorge brings together biblical truth, neuroscience, and an understanding of human behavior to help people recognize unconscious patterns, renew destructive narratives, govern their inner world, and live according to the principles of the Kingdom of God.

As an entrepreneur and community developer, Jorge is also the founder of The Hub Community Center in Newark, New Jersey—a growing initiative created to strengthen individuals and families through community resources, education, the arts, housing initiatives, and opportunities for personal development.
